Very unprofessional. I had many mistakes with my samples, and instead of fixing them, Joleen Ye only made excuses. She is not friendly at all, and it is extremely difficult to work with such a person. The product videos they send as references look good at first, but the actual sample was terrible: it fuzzed a lot, shrank heavily after washing, and the sizing was completely wrong. It was a very, very bad experience, I truly regret working with them, and I strongly recommend that nobody works with this supplier. Later I also saw in other reviews that especially she has very questionable behavior – I can fully confirm this – and on top of that the samples were extremely overpriced for what I received.
